After college, I entered Clinical Research and quickly rose to leading global teams. By every standard measure, I’d made it—salary, husband, house, car, kids, dog.
I checked every box and carried it all—well.
And still, there was a whisper I couldn’t name.
Then, in 2022, burnout stopped me in my tracks and sent me through a string of urgent-care and ER visits. In that forced pause, I realized there wasn’t more to do—there was more of me to be.
For 15+ years, I led high-performing teams across time zones—holding complexity, nurturing talent, and caring deeply in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
But to do this work cleanly, I had to include myself.
Turning inward, I deepened my spiritual practice, pursued certifications, and began coaching women—leaders, creatives, and founders—who were also standing on the edge of their next chapter.
It needs a clean, attuned container. A nervous-system-aware rhythm. And a community that holds when life gets loud.
I built Dream Catchers Academy to be that container—intimate by design, embodied in practice, and held with integrity.
